I love iced coffee. If you hang out with me, you can expect to have one placed in your hands at some point- it’s my love language. My husband came home from a Costco trip one day with a twin pack of instant coffee and I was a littleeee confused by his life choices. We made one shortly after and both looked at each other like- “DUDE?!”. It’s really good….why is it so good?
I love how creative you can be with instant coffee- and this coconut cream combo is my current favorite. I don’t think mixing powder and liquid counts as an actual “recipe”- consider it more of a life hack. I’m going to include the actual brands I use, but use what you like! Here goes:
5 ounces of water + 5 ounces of Harmless Harvest Coconut Water + 2 TBSP of Nescafe Classico Instant Coffee + a splash of Califia Coconut/Almond Milk Creamer
You can totally cut this in half for a smaller cup! I love using mason jars for iced coffee, because your measurement lines are right there for you! And if you want to go all coconut water you can, I just like the taste to be more subtle.
