I made these Churro Chips for Cinco de Mayo, and they’re fantastic! I didn’t include measurements in the recipe, because it depends on how many you’d like to make. Just make sure tortillas are evenly coated with each ingredient and you’re good. I served mine with vanilla ice-cream, but you could also make a fruit salsa or drizzle with melted chocolate!
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas
- Melted butter
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- On a small plate, mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar
- Brush flour tortillas with butter and coat both sides with cinnamon/sugar mixture
- Stack coated tortillas for easy cutting
- Cut tortillas into chips (I cut them like a pizza to create triangles)
- Put on a greased sheet pan and cook for 10 mins, flipping once halfway through
